The late Argentinean guitarist the late Manuel López Ramos was known throughout the world for his performances, recordings and teachings. As director of the Estudio de arte guitarristica in Mexico City, his students have won many international competitions.

He has dedicated himself over the years to teaching an expressive technique for playing the guitar. His Coordination Exercises have helped many to overcome problems of coordination between the fingers of both hands.

He has been one of the first Masters to carry on the tradition handed down to us by Andres Segovia.

Oribe Guitars
In 1969 the late Manuel López Ramos and Read met Master Guitar Luthier José Oribe. Both were highly impressed with the beauty of sound and the craftsmanship of these instruments and have recommended them to their students and friends over the years. They have decided to specialize in these instruments, which, used, are found infrequently on the market. The Oribe guitars have proved to be a sound investsment over the years and are truly a pleasure to play.
